Hello, I'm Chris. The idea for Lakes Country Home Transitions was born from my time volunteering with Meals on Wheels. I saw first-hand the challenges local seniors faced in maintaining independence or managing a difficult move. It inspired me to create a solution built on trust and a deep commitment to my community. Whether you're an older adult wanting to stay safe in your home or an adult child in Fargo or the Twin Cities needing peace of mind, I'm here to help.
